Troubleshooting

 

  • I’ve completed the spray but the system did not ask for the volume sprayed.
    • You must have forgotten to click nozzle start / de-ice. Return to the flight, click nozzle start, complete the flight and enter the fluid volume.
  • I’ve clicked a key and the system is stuck spinning.
    • Put the iPad in airplane mode;
    • Wait 15 seconds;
    • Cancel airplane mode.
  • My de-icing truck is not available after login.
    • Another employee has already selected your de-icing truck. Contact Dispatch for assistance;
    • You have not been qualified in the system to use the truck you are attempting to log into. Contact your Administrator for assistanc
